Italgres is a first class tile company! It starts from the owner Juan and trickles down to his staff. He is patient and offers customer service that exceeds any other tile store I experienced! I have literally been to every tile store in Miami from low end to high end! AT Opustone I found a tile I thought was pretty. I asked for a sample to bring home to see the color. They gave me a 6inch by 6 inch piece. I asked for the large tile and they said I would have to buy an entire box and couldn't return it. My wife and I purchased our first house and went to a number of stores to find the right tile for our place. We wanted porcelain tiles that look like wood but didn't want a product that looked like what everyone else was installing.
There are a lot of stores we visited, but only Italgres made us feel like we were being dealt with fairly. If you want to buy a good car you go to a dealer with experience and quality...that is the meaning of a good quality tiles place as ITALGRES is like Disney world on tiles,is exited to buy tiles there nowhere you can found exclusive and quality materials for floor, wall, kitchen ,bath etc.

I can no longer recommend this distributor. I have purchased many pallets of tile here throughout the years and have loved the tile and the service. Unfortunately, we recently received a small shipment of large tile that was damaged. The tile was stacked flat on the pallet. Large tiles are typically shipped on end. For example, our last shipment of 9 pallets from them was shipped on end, as always, and was perfect...all the way to a northern installation. A few tiles in the recent order arrived broken which is no big deal but the bigger issue arose when our installer would cut the tile; it would

We were going through many places all around El Doral and nobody had the service and quality.
Ask for Robinson, he is a real salesman, he will guide you and help you find what you need.

My husband had stopped by the day before and had a male sales rep help him out. He had some great ideas so made an appointment for us to see him the next day. We arrived later than expected and unfortunately the original sales rep had to leave for the day (2pm) so we were introduced to another rep. He was silent and offered no help and was quickly bored by my "small" project of having to retile both my small bathrooms. He walked away to help some higher end customers. Later I asked the lady to help me. I showed her some photos of ideas i had gotten from the website "houzz"
