Blue Ridge Brokerage began offering business services in early 2005. We started as a business broker firm only, but quickly branched into commercial real estate, farmland, acreage and leasing opportunities. In the beginning, we only serviced Watauga County, but seeing the need, soon began servicing Avery, Ashe and Wilkes counties of NC also.
David Conrad was born and raised in Greensboro, NC, and grew up in a family business founded by his parents - Libby Hill Seafood Restaurants. He attended East Carolina University and graduated with a BA in Business Administration. Upon graduation, David went to work in the family business and enjoyed many successful years directing the company's operations.
