I pride myself on being able to handle just about anything that this business throws my way, from first time buyers to seasoned investors and everything in-between. When working with buyers, my ultimate goal is not to "sell" anyone anything; I much prefer to listen and pay attention to your needs and wants and then help you find them.
Scott was the listing agent for a property we were looking at, but decided not to purchase. However, Scott found us a fabulous property that meet all our wish list items. Scott helped us negotiate a great price and close in a very short time frame, which was important to us. Scott Warren helped me with several transactions- buying land, buying a small interim property, and selling a large family home. All three contracts went smoothly with only the usual small real estate hiccups, none of which were on our side. He also helped me navigate competing offers on the house I sold.
