I'm so glad you're here. I've helped people resolve chronic pain since 1998 and I've specialized in fertility and prenatal massage since 2008. I'm very passionate about what I do because, I began to experience chronic pain at age 12 and I also experienced fertility challenges. It took me 2 decades to resolve my chronic pain issues and I had my first and only child at age 43.
Abdominal massage is most well known for improving fertility, but it's also beneficial for difficult periods, postpartum recovery, digestive problems, back pain, incontinence, menopause symptoms, circulation and overall good health. There are also beauty benefits including reduction of cellulite, varicose/ spider veins & reduces belly size.

After having a baby, I felt like my body was in need of a lot of healing. Rosa is probably one of the most knowledgeable and effective massage therapists I've ever seen. She is not only a wealth of knowledge about the human body but I feel like she is putting me back together after having two kids! I have gotten many massages in my life and she is definitely in a league of her own. I really appreciate her holistic approach that makes me feel balanced and whole.

There just enough good things I can say about Rosa! From her calming office to her tried and true methods I appreciate her more than I words can describe. She's got healing hands and knows exactly how to work your body. I've been seeing her for fertility/Mayan abdominal massage. She doesn't just stick to one way of doing anything. She more so customized each treatment to what your body needs. If you've got strained ligaments affecting your uterus alignment she'll work on that. I stand 10-12 hours a day at work and on the phone all the time. To alleviate my shoulder, leg, hip, back pain, I constantly have to get massages. I love massages. I have a massage chair at home, but it's not the same as human touch. I have had 10 massage therapists in the past, but I have to say Rosa is really ranked number 1 on my list. She applies firm pressure and really knows where the root cause of the pain is. Her service is not cheap, but every penny and every minute are worth it. I truly look forward to see her on my next visit and she is just AMAZING, God-sent during my second pregancy

I am currently going to her for fertility massages & after the first visit (she aligned my uterus), massage and gave me instruction of self massage at home, I felt very well taken care of and cared about. Her communication is open and she is very knowledgeable in all things to help your body function naturally and optimally.
I love visiting with her and she is definitely helping me along our path to have another baby. She also does pregnancy massage & support and when I am pregnant again, I know where to go!

Rosa is the best! She is very knowledgeable on the female reproductive system and provides you with a wealth of knowledge on how to naturally conceive as well as balance your hormones. I will admit that I have a very regular period cycle and saw Rosa at the very beginning when we were TTC. However, the information she provided is useful to any women TTC or not. I became pregnant two weeks after seeing her.

I strongly recommend Rosa!!! My hubby and i had being trying to get pregnant for over a yr and with a visit with Rosa, I got pregnant!! I did the fertility massage in which we learned that my uterus was tilted back and shifted to the right. Thankfully rosa aligned me up and helped the bby to stick!! I had hip pain for some time now, and I was seeing a chiropractor for it. They would do minor adjustments and had me do daily stretches, which helped a little bit. But I was still in pain. I just felt they didn't really "get in there". When I got pregnant, they told me there wasn't much they could do about it because of my condition. They would only adjusted my neck and called it a day. As I got bigger it progressively got more and more painful. It was to the point where it was painful to walk and to sleep on my side.

I just walked or maybe I floated out of my massage. I had a prenatal massage at message envy and assumed that all prenatal massages had to be extremely gentle and boring. But thank goodness I found Rosa . She has a very gently touch yet firm pressure on all the right spots. She stretched my entire body and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time. Love

Rosa helped flip my breech baby at 37 weeks! I was referred to her by my chiropractor Kolleen Gregory, and between the two of them, they really opened up SO much space in my hips to allow my babe to move head down. I had been doing inversions and breech tilts for over a week and an ultrasound confirmed she wouldn't budge, but less than 24 hours after my treatment with Rosa she flipped on her own and I was able to cancel my ECV scheduled for the following day.

Rosa is extremely detailed and knowledgeable about the massage therapy services she provides. She'll keep you in the loop during the whole process, which is important because that education is critical for knowing what to do or what not to do going forward.

Once in awhile you come across a healer whose understanding of the physical body is extraordinary; Rosa is such a healer. Her extensive background ranges from physiotherapy to Mayan massage. She also has expertise in a variety of other alternative and traditional practices such as yoni steaming. She has played an integral part in my healing and understanding of my own body starting from structural and postural to esoteric and subconscious. I highly recommend her if you want to conquer your dis-ease; she is the one to go to.
