Olde English Village

Great people and great community. Ample of open space outside and car parking area.

Very outdaded apartments. Car got scratched multiple times while living there. Hallways awlays smell like weed and cigarettes. Look's elsewhere.

The staff at Olde English Village are always responsive and helpful (special Kudos to Kateland). This along with a great location make for an exceptioinaly good value!

Great people in office and maintenance, very responsive. Checking in person for lease helps. Apartment is spacious with enough windows for light and air flow.

Our experience here has been great!
I called the office while searching for appartments and immediately received an opportunity to come tour some of the (immaculately clean) available units with Leah (she’s a wonderful person!), she was very helpful and helped us get through the process seemlessly and all moved in within a week.
The property is beautiful and well kept, they have a cleaning crew I see service the hallways weekly. 24/HR Maintenance on sight and prompt, i haven’t had to wait more than 20 minutes and they are helpful as well.
Certainly a good neighborhood for a family!!

Horrible. The Manager Leah is a drunk, and she always tries to mess with Male tenants. Even married ones. Her office always smelled like booze aswell. Very disrespectful. The whole staff is crooked, and the place is overrated. I only have it 1 star cause I had to to give a review.

STAY AWAY! NOT WORTH ANYONES TIME OR MONEY! HARD CRUSTY CARPETS MAJIOR FOUNDATION PROBLEMS! HUGE CRACKS IN WALLS DONT EXPECT ANTHING FIXED EITHER! WE HAD A ROTTING OUT WINDOW SIL HUGE HOLE ALL THEY DID WAS PUT PUDDY I THE HOLE! THEY RAISE RENT FREQUENTLY EVEN THO NOTHING IS UPDATED OR FIXED.HAD ROTTING STEPS OUTFRONT OF OUR BUILDING FOR THE 2 MISRABLE YEARS . DONT TRY TO LEAVE EITHER! THE OFFICE TEAM MAKES IT SO HARD FOR YOU TO LEAVE. WE HAD " BRENDA" LIE TO OUR FUTURE LANDLORD TELLING HER WE LIVED THERE FOR 4 months WHEN WE LIVED THERE FOR OVER 2 YEARS! In a word....horrid. there is a pot smoker in our building and management says they are powerless to stop this. my mother is a cardiac patient on blood thinners. used to be it only affected our bedrooms but now we are unable to sit and watch TV in our living room at night with the windows open. we pay our rent on time and mind our business, yet we are not able to keep our windows open because of this neanderthal pest and the ineffective, useless management. i would not recommend this complex to anyone at all unless you are a druggie.
