With amenities such as a state-of-the-art Fitness Room, a Tenant Lounge and garage parking, The Hiawatha is your place for comfortable, convenient and elegant urban living.
Port Property Management is proud to provide pet-friendly housing to responsible pet owners. For the safety of our residents, staff members, and other pets, we require a meeting with each dog. If, during the meeting, a member of our staff feels unsafe or wary of your dog, we will not be able to approve him/her.
Each prospective tenant needs to complete and submit a rental application. To submit an application, a non-refundable $22 application fee per applicant/cosigner is required, along with a promise to pay $1000 holding deposit once your application is approved. We will process your application through our screening process, which will check your credit report, criminal history, and rental background to confirm that you fully meet our criteria.
Depending on availability, we do have an attached parking garage at the Hiawatha! We have a fully-covered garage and a semi-covered garage available at a monthly rate. We do perform snow removal in the semi-covered garage, so tenants will have to adhere to our snow removal policy. Additional spots are also always available for rent in our 699 lot located about a block from the building.
