It’s my birthday and a family member was trying to have flowers delivered to my house… Yes I live on a hill/ dirt road, but the driver refuses to come up here… At least they could have called me and met me at the bottom of my road but the driver says that he is never coming up here again. I’m sure the owner could have managed other arrangements. Bad experience bad business!! Plus they charge $16 delivery fee exclamation… Ridiculous!
