Services
We are all proud of our staff, door persons and building service personnel, and management. All are truly professional and valued contributors to the success of Admiral's Pointe. Name one of your main goals in your position? To maintain a clean and safe building. I work to maintain the mechanicals and ensure they're running properly and smoothly as possible.
Admiral's Pointe takes pride in it's residents and works to foster a supportive community. The building uses an App to help communicate with residents. For example, notifying residents of package delivery and visitor arrival. The building is dog friendly, with a specific elevator for dogs. It's also in close proximity to several dog parks in the area.

Great building in a safe quiet Chicago neighborhood. There is a nice park across the street with a barber shop and Peet's coffee. Building is professionally managed and well maintained. The manager, doormen and engineer are friendly and courteous. Beautiful views of the North side of the city and convenient location.

The only thing saving this from being a 1 star review are the friendly door staff and maintenance guys and decently quick elevators. The building routinely flooded while I was living there, there were mold issues in the unit, the parking garage is small and terrible to navigate, and it's run by Jennifer Hallisey of Advantage management who is a completely inept, crude, and entitled individual that you're better off never having to deal with. There are much better buildings in this area.

This is the best place to live in Chicago. The building has great amenities. The building includes a 24 doorman and workout room. Three super quick elevators as well as great staff and a great building manager. The staff keep the interior and exterior looking great and working great. If you are looking for a place to live in Chicago that is close to the look and within walking distance of everything you want to live in Admirals Pointe. That is the place to be.
