Whem we called to make our reservation the receptionist sounded nice and friendly. But then best few days later this place sold our reservation and left us with no place to go. They said they had called us 2 days before our check in to double check our reservation but we were hiking the Hoh River Trail with no reception. So we do 32 miles in 3 nights of camping, arrive at 9 pm, and no room. They weren't even sorry about it. Had to scramble on a Friday night to look for a new hotel. We lucked out and found something in Port Angeles

Well where should I start?
1) he air conditioner wouldn't work rite
2)no Phone in room
3)no ementities what so ever
& last but absolutely not the least important
4) they have a sign on there office door that says dogs are welcome. But in actuality they will not let dogs even on the property.
They made my girlfriend leave the property because " they can't be sure that she wouldn't try to sneak her in when no ones looking.

The place is cute but wait… my husband saw a police walking around knocking on a room door, we didn’t know what is going on so we just ignored it and hoped it’s not a bad thing. We got a knock on our door at 10pm from a manager saying we need to leave like we did something illegal. We were confused, we were traveling with a 3 years old as a family. She confirmed that the owner said we needed to leave or they will call a police and we would get the refund. So, we left, carrying my baby and all our stuff repacked in the middle of the night. We didn’t feel safe to stay there. What a weird

This cute inn was perfect for my last minute trip to Sequim! It is located so close to anything you might want to do- not only in Sequim but also in any part of North western WA. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were super fast. I will definitely be staying at the Sequim West inn and Rv park again!

Service is great. They understand well that in the hospitality industry service is everything. When I had a need they solved it quickly! Truly I've rarely experienced this level of care at big name hotels. Room was clean and stocked as advertised. Hotel is old and inexpensive and rooms smell of old smoke - not much they can do about that. But two windows allowed us to keep a pleasant breeze of fresh air blowing through. For a small, cheap hotel room we had enough space to walk around in it. I thanked them for the good service.
