The Cove is located between the two small towns of Quilcene and Brinnon, nestled in a scenic area of Highway 101 that hugs the shore of the great fjord, Hood Canal and at the eastern edge of the Olympic Mountains. Within minutes there are marinas, three major rivers and clam and oyster beaches. Bring your kayaks, boats and scuba and fishing gear.
Take in the annual ShrimpFest in Brinnon and the Quilcene Saturday Market, visit Whiteney Gardens & Nursery (a world reknowned rhododendren nursery) and the Quilcene History Museum. The ranger station in Quilcene offers detailed maps and information about the Olympic National Park and the Olympic National Forest and all of its many hiking trails.

A friend and I recently stayed at this friendly and clean rv park. One the best things about is Mike and Marion, the park hosts. They were helpful with helping me park and hookup. I recommended a new shower head and Mike had a new one installed within minutes. I would certainly recommend this park to anyone traveling to the Hood Canal area.

Very pleased with our stay at Cove RV Park & Country Store! We have never camped in an RV before and tried out Cove RV Park. What a jewel along Hood Canal! All the staff is super kind and helpful. So many activities nearby - hiking, biking, kayaking, crabbing, clamming, etc.
They have the cleanest restrooms, showers, and laundry room I've ever seen at a camp ground.
Very reasonable rates and the store has just about everything you need. The only negative, was that the wifi is a bit slow and one of the members of our party had to work a few hours daily. But, otherwise...heaven on earth

Just stayed here for a week and we would def stay here again. Owners Kimberly & Doug have done a great job with this park. Very comfortable, clean, and quiet with a fully stocked convenience store! All staples are there including honey maid graham crackers for smores at your campsite! But seriously Kimberly stocks milk, meat, oj, and a whole host of RV related items. Firewood too! Best store I have encountered at an RV Park from CA to OR.
Kimberly & Doug were so friendly and kind - one day we left our awning out when the wind picked up, really rattling it around. They called us to let

Our favorite campgrounds are either well-maintained State Parks, or the small private ones like Cove RV Park & Country Store. Wonderfully situated along the Hood Canal, close to a multitude of bays for kayaking, clamming, crabbing, or shrimping. Also a ton of state parks and trails of course for miles up and down the 101. Set your trailer down at this park for a week (or two) and explore hiking trails, views, and waterfalls to your heart's content.
The owners are great. Friendly and very helpful, and always around working on improving something around the park. Clean facilities, laundry

This is a great rv park by the Hood Canal. We initially planned to stay at Mike's Beach resort, but found it a little creepy. This place is about 15 minutes north of Mike's. There are lots of trees. We have a 31 foot motor home and three big dogs. The first night we stayed all that was available was a narrow spot backing up to the 101, but the next night we scored a spot that backs up to a creek that is part of the property. You can actually take a short hike along the creek, or you can walk about a half mile to a public beach on the Hood Canal. The management is very friendly and the

We visited Cove RV park on a weekend one night stay and we really enjoyed it there even though the weather was rain and clouds. Cozy park with tall pine trees, view of the mountains, and friendly owners. But what we really enjoyed was the country store and the Hixonville collectible store next to it. I especially enjoyed the old items at the collectible store we stopped by and purchased some more after we checked out. The collectible store owner is friendly and helpful with what to do around the Brinnon area. Since the weather wasn't perfect me and my kids strolled toward the people-less

Well run rv park with wifi, cable tv and a well stocked country store. Most important it is close to great clam and oyster beaches as well as boat launches. The owners go out of their way to make sure your visit is fun and memorable. This year we stayed from April 3rd through the 25th and as usual had a wonderful stay.
