After having dealt with incompetent and arrogant IT people I called Reliable IT. What a breathe of fresh air. They never tried to sell me stuff, they took the time to listen to my issues and fixed my problems extremely fast. Dave showed an understanding of the loss my company was taking in having chronic IT issues and didn't screw around in fixing them. What a life saver. I highly recommend them for any office dealing with IT issues that just aren't getting fixed by the other guys. Also taught my staff and I a thing or two in securing our network better from getting hacked.

The worst service I could have imagine .This guy charged 125$ for the service call to connect computer with the printer .After an hour he told me that I should call someone else in if I wanted to be able to print as he does not work on Apple computers .He charged the money and nothing was done or solved .Some one who has nothing to do with computers came in and installed it with in 40 minutes .I would highly question the integrity of this journey man with Reliable IT Solutions and his ethics ..horrible experience all together ...
