Computer Dimensions has been a great team to work with. They are professional, caring, diligent in their use of technology, skilled at implementation, great teachers and most importantly they are proxy members of our team. The staff at Computer Dimensions has time and again proven to be consistently available whenever I have had any computer issue. Their response time has literally never been more than 10 or 15 minutes once I send an email asking for assistance. I often work late into the night and more than once have been stuck and frustrated at a very late hour and decided to send off an email to their Help Desk even though it has been way after regular working hour and I can honestly say there has never been a time they have not had someone available to assist me even under those circumstances.

I love working with the guys from Computer Dimensions! They continually strive to make our office system work smoother and help is always given in a timely manner when needed. As CFO of Platinum Management, my department has to be up and running at all times and access is critical. They have never let me or my company down. Also, they have assisted me with my personal computers and made sure that my kids computers are running so that they are not left behind in this technology filled world.
