Given no follow up care on, instructions or appointments after an abscess removal. Results of my cultures were given to me over the phone, without even telling me details. I had to ask what infection I was tested for. I was also asked what pharmacy i used, and when I gave the name the nurse said "ok so do you have the phone number or not?" Extremely unprofessional. Will not be going back.

Rudest receptionist! I called as a new patient to inquire about making an appointment. She asked about my insurance and I told her the company and said no one has heard of it but I'm always covered & double checked before calling. She got even more rude saying that if she hasn't heard of it, they don't take it. I offered to give her their number or I could call them again, she put me on hold then came back and proceeded to making the appointment. If it weren't for them having an opening as soon as next week, I was going to cancel it just based on her terrible attitude alone. If it's worse, I will

Office staff is terrible and will tell you over the phone that they take your insurance and then you go to your appointment. Then they tell you they don't. No worries everyone can take however much time they need to for others incompetence. Especially Linda, the receptionist. She took the call and verified they took the insurance, then look me in the face today to say they didn't. How horrible can you be at your job before you get fired? Clearly here the standards are low.

Great Doctors! Unprofessional office staff. My family has been coming to South Hills Dermatology for years and have no complaints about the doctors. Over the past several years I have noticed that the clerical staff has become unprofessional and unbecoming for a dermatology office. I was treated rudely on the phone recently when calling to make an appointment for my mother in law, and then when I drove her to the visit we were greeted by a receptionist with blue and white hair and an obscene amount of eye makeup. If you can get past the awful first impression that this office makes, the doctors

Something is seriously wrong with the way this office is run. I went there for a simple procedure in March of 2015. Everything went fine, they billed insurance and never heard anything until today. I received two collection letters, 15 months after my last visit. The office never tried to contact me by phone, mail or email. They never sent me a bill and I had no clue I owed them anything and then two collection letters on the same day over a year later! I have never seen anything like this. Steer clear of this business.
