Mike makes false promises to get a contract. Then it didn't go according to the schedule. On Dec. 28, Mike from C&C Car-Go said he would definitely pick up the car on Jan. 3 or Jan. 4. As of January 11, the car has not been taken away. When we came to a verbal agreement that he would pick up the car on January 3rd or January 4th, he told me I needed to call the other bidders and told them they needed to remove my name from the 'board'". I Not familiar with the industry, I think there should be a central system where all brokers can work.

I booked a car with C & C cargo to be picked up on January 29th today is January 4th car was not pickup. On January 6 in the morning I call and cancel with Jerry, Jerry say np I will cancel it. So I when and got another company great ppl they got me a truck it 20 minutes. Now C & C cargo call me and I miss the call, they decided to send a driver to pickup my truck and they don't want to give me my deposit back because the took the the deposit on the 29th of January and not when they found a truck for me. So was told my car was going to have to wait untill Monday because of holidays. So had 5 days to figure this out. Monday never got to my car. Tuesday they called told me driver would have car picked up by 10 am. Then at 11:30 told me drivers had covid and said they were looking for driver. Found diffrent company had my car picked up in 2 hrs

Dealing this company was a total clown show. Months ahead of time, we agreed on a price and time of pickup, around the holidays. Around the proposed time of pickup, I called them several times to get a fix on when someone would show up. What followed was a series of "I'll get back to you" (they never did) and "any day now" (which never came.)

This is the worst company to deal with when shipping your vehicle! Believe me, this company is a joke. I called Jerry and he said they couldn’t ship the car, when they previously said they could, because of the holidays and weather conditions which they never called to update me about because they’re all a bunch of excuses. My son, who’s in the navy and getting deployed soon, needed his car transported and they couldn’t own up to their self proclaimed reliability. They also do not have active drivers and use whatever drivers from other companies they have around them. Take your business

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Not going to lie I was very nervous as this was my 1st time ever having to ship my truck. Worked with Lio who thoroughly explained everything to me and how the process would go even after my several dumb repetitive questions, he was still professional and no issues further explaining my concerns. Truck was scheduled for a Monday pick up (booked services on Friday), my truck was picked up the very next day got me in a very timely manner with no incident, was charged exactly what I was told. Overall a pleasant experience during such a bad time with my truck breaking

I signed a contract with Johnny at C&C Car-Go on Wednesday June 2nd 2021, and my 2015 Chevy Equinox was picked up in Chicago on Friday June 4th by a double-decker 18-wheeler driven by Dave.
Both Johnny and the driver (Dave) kept me updated every step of the way, before the pickup, during the journey, and up to the time the vehicle was delivered in Lake Worth, Florida. The entire transaction, from contract signing to vehicle delivery in Florida, was all completed in 4 days.

No car pickup for 7 days from scheduled appointment. No delivery at destination for 10 days and NO COMMUNICATION from driver or dispatcher for 9 days. Drivers NOT accepting cashiers checks, CASH ONLY. NO receipts upon request for $1000's of dollars given to drivers. Gave only BOL instead. Driver handed me my car's heat shield " it just fell off ".
First driver tried to charge another$50. Said it was for the broker.(already paid). Headquarters responded that car was overweight. A LIE.

Shipped a car I bought from a friend from Dallas to Key West. Neil O’Bierne was extremely helpful. Responded to emails and phone calls. Everything went as planned. Drivers showed up on time and were professional and courteous. The car was in mint condition when it left and arrived the same. There’s a lot of anxiety in this process since most people have no experience and this made me feel very comfortable.

I had an amazing experience with C &C. From L. A. To Dallas with no issues. I checked the car when it arrived on schedule. The price was reasonable fir two cars Outback and Model Y. George from LA picked up my car and delivered it to Dallas customer service was superb from Florida. Highly recommend them!!!

Unprofessional, did not keep to the contract. Hired a shady grifter as a driver, who tried to get more money before dropping the car, dropped it early when no one was there to receive it, and then left the keys in the ignition. C&Cs attitude when contacted was, "not our problem anymore, lady!" C&C made omissions to get a clients and I hope they fail very soon due to their poor business practices.
Best thing is that I never have to deal with either this agency or their likely drug-addicted drivers every again.

I am outraged! Hired this service and my car never got picked up. I waited the 5 days after my pickup window in which I asked for a refund of my reservation fee. They replied saying someone could get it and sent me the info and it was still saying “estimated pickup”- and that was 7 days after I originally asked it to be picked up at which point I’d already hired someone else for the job. I have called multiple times asking for a refund- they put me on hold- then say they’re talking to an accountant and it now seems they are ignoring my calls. I’ve called days in a row with no answer.

First time using a transport service. Very pleased! Spoke Leo to make all of our arrangements. He was courteous, honest and accurate with his pricing. He communicated with is very well. I called for delivery update and everything was done exactly how it was mapped out to us. We had a classic car delivered to us and it was handled with care!

If there were ZER0 Stars C&C would get my a -5. Had a car shipped by C&C, car fell off the trailer and was totalled. This car was my grandfathers heirloom Mercedes. They want to keep their $175 for hiring a driver that nor only failed to deliver the car but killed it in fact. You failed at delivering which at the lowest common denominator what I hired you to do. Thank C&C I think we know what the C's stand for.

After filling out a request online i was inundated with price quotes to move a car from upstate NY to Denver. "Gino" called me and told me they were different in that they had their own trucks and that the others were just brokers trying to find a spot on a truck heading to Denver. I told him that i had to have the car in Denver no later than 7/31 or 8/1. In their quote they listed a PU date as 7/23-7/24 which came and went with no PU and no communication from C&C. I called and was told no problem we have drivers in the area

I had such a good experience with Niel as my Rep and his knowledge of the business that I was happy from the start. But when the car hauler arrived to pick up the vehicle it just got better I was shopping am older car that had a bad paint job and wasn't pretty but the driver treated my car like it was a Ferrari. Being a first time shipper I will forever go to this company to ship any vehicle. Bottom line awesome service!
