Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
AVOID. Rude, anti-vaxer employee named Solomon refused to wear a mask, insulted me for wearing a mask and then said this business only puts the mask requirement sign on the door "to keep the city and county off their back" and "they don't enforce it. I recommend you find another place to handle your mail and shipping needs.

This is a great place to drop off packages for shipping that have prepaid labels. However, the services provided are much deeper here. All you need to do in this situation is come to the location and they will prepare everything for shipping for you. Granted, there are fees associated. However this is an affordable service especially for those who really need to get something done on a short timeline.

I have more than an amazing experience every time I go in. Puts a smile on my face every time, very helpful knowledgeable and courteous. I am more than happy that I have a PO Box there.
