Herr Law Firm was opened in 2016 by Lindsey Herr. After working with Staci O'Neal of O'Neal Law Firm for two years, Lindsey decided to create her own firm to service the real estate and estate planning needs of residents in and around Madison Mississippi. Herr Law Firm is one of the few all female owned and operated law firms in the area, and we strive to make the law accessible to everyone, regardless of race, religion, or gender.

Originally from Martinsville, Virginia, Lindsey is a graduate of Mississippi College School of Law and University of Mary Washington with a double major in Biology and Philosophy. Lindsey practiced with Staci O'Neal at O'Neal Law firm for two years before Staci was elected as Madison County Court Judge.
