Wow, this is almost a 5 star business. Easy to see why! These guys are the best ever. They are honest, fair, and fast. And they know what they are doing. I highly recommend this business. They do just about anything that has to do with a car. They just did an alternator job for me, and couldn't be happier with the price, and customer service. Thanks guys, good job!

I've been handling service calls for 15+ years on heavy duty trucks. I have never dealt with Brandon Tire before today. The service was super fast (3-4 hours faster than any other company in the area) and the price was cheaper for a new tire and a service call than I've seen for large corporations with national accounts and lots of buying power. If I have a truck with a tire issue in the area again, Brandon tire will be my first call.

Been meaning to write this review after my 1st visit, but now after my recent 3rd visit today, I had to prioritize this write up.
My 1st visit was to repair a puncture in my tire that was deemed irreparable, due to the location of the nail. Rather than having me buy a brand new replacement they fortunately had a used similar sized/performance tire for my acura TL S-type. Tread life was great and I was in/out pretty quickly at a very reasonable price for the tire. Pumped!
2nd and 3rd were for routine tire rotations on the acura and my 1/2 ton truck and the price for the service was far more

We have a construction crew working nearby and needed a quick tire patch and repair. Called one of the gentlemen ( Bruce I believe ) on the phone and was easily impressed on how great the customer service was. Let us come in no problem and took care of us. Makes little snags in the day like this that much more easy when you have good service. Thanks again

Took my truck to another tire shop to see about an alignment. He told me my tie rods were bad and said he could fix it, quoted me a price that seemed high.
Took it to Brandon's and they found what was really wrong with it. My whole front end was "falling out of the truck".
They took care of it and I got two new tires for the same price as the first quote just to fix the problem.
Great guys over there and Bruce is the real Boss, screw you Springsteen.

$40 tire. I asked a favor of the tech, he said he did that anyway (refill donut to 60 psi). Also, they gave me a donut donut (yummy). Three people proactively greeted me to ensure I had been served. This is a good establishment, by any objective measure.
Edit: two stars, tire went flat after one trip. Normally I ask to put sealant in the rim, like the tire shop in my home town does, but got distracted

I highly recommend this business! This place has excellent reviews and they're well deserved. Super affordable, reliable service and very nice employees.
To elaborate: I had a huge bolt screw stuck in the treads of my tire that I needed patched right away. Earlier, I had misread their hours online. When I called they broke the news to me that they were closing in about a half hour and I'd probably have to wait until the next day for the repair. I humbly explained my situation and why the repair was rather urgent. I drive for a living, so without my car, I can not work. I really couldn't afford

These guys saved me! I blew a tire to the point that it was irreparable. They gave me a very good price on a used tire to get me back and running in the road. They made sure to take care of me since I was in an emergency situation in a timely manner and before I knew it my new tire was installed and I was good to go! I suppose I knew it was possible to run over a nail with a car, but never actually imagined I'd do it. Alas, I went out the other day to run a quick errand and found a low tire with a nail punctured perfectly into it. There was nowhere local that could take me last minute on a Sunday, so I made a Monday morning appointment at one place that was at least open and answering phones when I called, but stopped in at Brandon Tire on my way -- their reputation was much better and I figured it was worth a shot.

Bruce at Brandon's Tires is the absolute best! I went to get my rear bearings checked and one auto body shop quoted me at $790.00. Bruce did the same job for a fraction of the price and it was so quick! His staff was so kind and explained everything (I know 0% about cars).
I'm lucky a friend recommended Brandon's because the other shop would have taken me to the cleaners! Thanks for being so honest, Bruce and staff!!

Awesome all around service at Brandon Tire! Bruce who assisted me was welcoming and very helpful. There are no unexpected fees or any "bait and switch" auto-shop tactics used here. Their pricing is extremely fair/competitive + my car was in and out of their shop, with two new tires, without an appointment, in 45 mins! Thank you guys! You've got a tire customer for life here and I'll be back whenever our vehicles need wheel work.

I went in expecting to buy 4 tires, but only needed 2. So John only sold me 2. I have been going to Brandon Tires for many years, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Nobody beats the service, the prices, and the company. Always a good time , these guys always make you feel like family. As a single woman, I feel safe and know that I won't get scammed and sold a bill of goods. I love these guys!!!!

Brandon Tire was fantastic.
I blew out a tire at about 0630 or so. I rode (very slowly) on the flat to a big brand tire store nearby and was poorly greeted, not helped, and the gentleman treated me like a nuisance. I called up the closest tire place and they answered the phone (even though it was before they opened). I drove (very slowly) to Brandon Tire and the staff was friendly, the service great, and he was able to help me with slightly used tires.
I moved to this area just days ago. I highly recommend Brandon Tire. The owner seems like a great ambassador for the San Rafael area.
