Our van broke down as we were traveling cross country. We had to be towed and we’re recommended to go Pro Auto. They were incredibly kind and got a part for our starter in 10 minutes and fixed our van before we even finished a cup of coffee. I highly recommend them!!!

I drove 60 miles to get my oil changed by Rick that tells u something. He is a good and honest person. Does good work and reasonable rate. I trust him and the work he does. I wish I lived closer but I will drive from Minneapolis for work I need done if at all possible. Rick keep up the good work judi kieper

They did a fabulous job on my vechile. They checked if i needed brakes or calibrator and they showed me presonnaly that i didnt need them at all. But that i do needed the suspensión front and rear they were great people and Rick Schrempp and his mechanic explained to me everything in details. Not so like another shop called Sam's from Glencoe Minnesota. I highly recommended Pro Auto in Glencoe Minnesota. The job was fabulous and the Prices for parts n labor are reasonable.

My girlfriend brought her car there and had her brakes done and they didn’t bleed out the brakes completely because when I got home I tested her car and notice the brakes were a little squishy and a buddy of mine and I bleed the brakes and a couple of try’s with passenger side nothing came out but air.

My 80 year old parents car died 1 1/2 miles west of Glencoe on an 82 degree Saturday. No power so no way to roll down the windows. They did open the car doors I was an hour away. Kevin's Towing got to them within 20 minutes of my call and recommended Pro Auto. Pro Auto met them at their shop, even though they were closed. You went far and above and for that I am very grateful. The customer service, genuine concern and ability to provide my elderly parents with a sense of relief and trust is OUTSTANDING!! thank you for all you did and for making their day.

Pro Auto is my number one choice every time I need work done or an oil change for my car. They are fast, thorough, friendly, and honest. They have gotten me out of a bind more than once when I needed something done quickly on my Volkswagen. They always tell it like it is, and don't try to get me to have more work done than I need. Every time I walk in, I know I'm going to get at least one good laugh from the owner or staff, have my car working again, and have a reasonable bill. I highly recommend Pro Auto Glencoe!
