I've been a patient of Dr Suns for several years. He spends adequate time during appointments. He really seems to care and individualizes patients care. I like the office, very clean and professional. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but I am patient. It is a doctors office afterall and there are sometimes setbacks. I do not think it has to do with scheduling. I travel almost an hour to his office so thats saying something. :)

This office is very hit-or-miss. The doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. The remaining staff is nice, but often times I feel they may have some communication issues. Once I went into the restroom to give a sample and and when I opened the box in which to place my urine, there was a cup of urine still in it. No label or anything, just urine, which could have lead to a disaster. Once I made an appointment and they double booked the time for me and another woman. Another time, the receptionist scheduled my appointment, but didn't put the correct reason for the appointment. I visited

Dr. Kaufman has been my doctor for over 30 years. He has seen me through surgeries as well as yearly well visits and consults. He is the kindest, most gentle and thorough doctor. His staff are not only competent, but also efficient and compassionate. I am writing this review as the two that appear are so different from what I have experienced that I felt obligated to set the "story" straight. In addition to treating me, he and Dr. Sun, his partner, literally saved my daughter's life when she had an ectopic pregnancy. They both were in the operating room during this most difficult

This office is awful. The ob, Markman, is actually great. But the office and the way they run things completely ruins every good point I could possibly make. I went in for my annual exam, everything was fine and easy. I was told I'd be called in two weeks with my results. Double that time passes and never heard back, so I assumed everything was fine. OVER A MONTH later, I get a letter in the mail stating the office has been trying to contact me regarding my results. I never received a phone call, a voicemail, a letter, or any other form of contact before that day. I called the office and got

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT go to this office, find another provider through your insurance. To sum it up. RUDE. Office manager, staff, everyone here is rude and obnoxious. They never answer the phone, they NEVER get back to you after you leave a VM. My wife went there for a VERY sensitive procedure and they treated both of us like crap. ZERO bedside manner, a procedure that should not have been painful was extremely painful. Miserable rude people that don't deserve to be working, let alone servicing patients! I can go on but please trust me, go anywhere else.
