I started this practice in 2005 to offer patients an alternative to the typical assembly line medicine I was seeing in other practices. We feature same day appointments, 24/7 access to our doctors, extended visit time and strive not to leave you sitting in the waiting room.

Services
Dr Frantz, is the most understanding, compassionate doctor I have ever been to see. Not only is she very accurate with her medical knowledge, but she takes the time to be with you when there are personal issues which are causing your medical problems. You leave the office knowing that you have a "best friend" in a field where you basically know nothing and are in someone else's hands.
We always prefer to help you prevent disease rather than treat disease. We personalize and educate patients in nutrition, exercise, optimum weight and relaxation methods. We recommend health screenings and immunizations based on you as an individual. Cardiovascular disease is still the number one cause of death in the United States.
Payment is required at the time services are rendered. This includes applicable co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles and outstanding account balances. Patients who have an outstanding balance must make arrangements for payment prior to scheduling appointments. Payment can be made with cash, personal checks or any major credit card.

All I know is that Dr. Lisa Genova is by far the best Nurse Practioner Physician that I've ever been to, and I've been to many!
She is not only extremely knowledgeable and caring but she has a fabulous personality! I highly recommend Jo Jo her assistant and Ellen and the other young lady at the front desk!

Nurse practitioner Lisa Genova is fantastic! She is professional, conducts thorough examinations, listens without judgment, allows me to participate in the decision-making process, and she explains the big picture as well as the intricate details. And she has an upbeat personality! Lisa is clearly invested in my health and is willing to go the distance to improve my overall health. I cannot remember the last time I had a primary care provider this dedicated and helpful. She is such a gem, and I’m so glad to have found her.

I heard great things about Dr. Frantz; however, I never got to see her over a course of 2-3 years. The first nurse practitioner I saw was great (I am sorry I forgot her name) The last few times, I saw Dr. Rita, who I did not like at all. I felt like she was "off" "out of it". She didn't listen to anything I said. Any questions or concerns I had, she seemed to brush off and say you can see so and so doctor if you want. You are a doctor, what do you recommend?
My biggest gripe was how they handled insurance. They are listed through the jersey shore market place that they take Amerihealth. I found

I have had very different experiences based on the provider I saw here. Above all, the nurse practitioner Lisa Genova is AMAZING and has helped me so much in a short amount of time. I have never before gotten such complete care and felt like the provider truly was invested in my health. I would recommend her to absolute anybody. She is extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable and kind. She takes your concerns seriously and is never condescending like other providers I’ve seen. 10/10

Excellent staff here Emily is very caring as a medical receptionist and makes you feel very comfortable and Rita is an excellent doctor makes you feel safe and is very knowledgeable and Shannon did a very good job doing bloodwork makes sure you aren’t uncomfortable and a big shout out to deb and Ellen up front
