I had a wonderful experience working with Lori at TWO by London. We started by working with my current engagement ring and two wedding bands. Lori facilitated a repair where we cut the single ring into three separate bands that I can mix and match. They were resized as well, and the jeweler did a fabulous job. I feel like I have all new jewelry after 25 years. We are considering buying a larger diamond wedding band to go with my engagement ring and will happily work with Lori again. She is very trustworthy and professional but also very real, happy, and fun. The store is lovely and very high class

I had the best experience from start to finish here. i was recommended by a one of my close friends. I walked into this establishment a bit nervous purchasing an engagement ring. The staff here from the greeter to Andriana (my jeweler) made me feel welcomed. She made sure to educate me first on what i was buying and provided her expertise, which is second to none. We spent hours looking at different diamonds/designs and Frank was very patient with us. We did not feel rushed and he gave some great recommendations. After few hours of going back and forth, my wife finally designed her dream ring. Plus Frank was able to get me the watch I've been looking for. So my wife and I walked out with a new ring and a new watch.

I worked with Farnoush Hadaghian in Manhasset recently who helped me to choose a semi-precious stone to replace one in a vintage diamond ring that was given to me by my father. This sentimental piece warranted a special stone. I was so pleased with the stone she picked out. She took time to show me many options before making a decision. I was… impressed with her knowledge. She was professional and friendly. She took great care in handling my ring. Farnoush also took time to introduce me to the setter who would be working on my ring. The end result was so impressive. I could not have been more pleased with my experience at TWO by London. My extended family and I have been London Jewelers customers for years and have come to know that their service and craftsmanship is second to none. I turned to TWO by London, not to purchase jewelry, but to have some pieces redesigned. I had some "old fashioned" pieces of jewelry that I wished to have "modernized". The staff is GREAT! We love Kate - she's the best and what a sweetheart! She's not just our jeweler - we see her as a good friend! She was SO helpful and patient - she even helped give tips and played "coach" to my fiancée on the proposal. She got me to like a different designer's rings than the one I originally wanted and I am BEYOND the moon… happy with my gorgeous ring! My boyfriend and I stopped in just to look at rings as we're planning on getting engaged in the next year. Knowing we weren't going to buy, Alyce (sorry if i spelled it wrong!!) still spent 45 minutes with us letting me try on atleast 15+ rings, and then took so much time explaining to us all the options we had to customize between diamonds and bands and what to look for in diamonds if we were to go elsewhere. One of the best customer service experiences I've had anywhere, not just at a jewelry store. We live in Pennsylvania and when the time comes to buy the ring, I will be calling

I only found out about this store after winning a contest to meet David Tutera there. Felt a little out of place in the store at first (mostly due to me wearing jeans and everyone else was a bit dressier), but we kept going back because my fiancé didn't find a ring anywhere else that felt as comfortable as one of the ones he had tried on at Two by… London. Christine (one of the managers) was so helpful throughout the whole process - she even gave us a free engraving since we kept coming back!
