The easiest and least stressful way to deal with a stressful situation! The girls in the office are amazing and on top of it all. Enterprise has a car waiting for you with ease. Simon goes above and beyond to make the experience stress free and easy. My daughter was in a minor fender bender in her VW Jetta and the car looks like new!

Someone was nice enough to hit my car right in front of my house and drive off, damaging the front bumper. Brought my car to Art and not only did they do a fantastic job in repairing my front bumper, but were able to repaint my hood based on the fact that it started to develop rust spots and got the insurance to cover it, even though it wasn't damaged in the hit and run! They also delivered the car on time and it looked like new, inside and out. It's like they detailed it for me too! I highly recommend.

Professionalism at its highest level. I was rear ended back in January. The incredible job that Raffi and his team did blew me away. My car looked better than the day I purchased it in the show room! If I could rate him higher than five stars I would! You could go with full confidence knowing that your car will be in show room condition when you pick it up. On top of the repair it is detailed to a high gloss finish!

I brought my vehicle to this shop to discuss a recall on the paint. They were very knowledgeable about the recall and handled everything for me from a to z. I was rear ended a month ago. The back of my beautiful mustang was destroyed. Once the insurance okayed everything Art Auto Body took only 2 weeks to fix everything. I picked my car up today and it looks like the car was never touched in that accident. She looks beautiful, drives perfectly, and is even cleaner then when I took her in (the interior was in need of a good vacuum at the time of the accident lol) I couldn't be happier with the work AAB did on my car, I'm extatic! Excellent experience once again...This was the 5th time I had to use Art Auto Body. I have had great experiences on each occasion. I have used them to get rid of minor scratches as well as for heavier work such bumper and quarter panel repair. Each time my car is returned looking like new. I generally deal with Simon who is extremely professional, trustworthy and responsive. I could not imagine using anyone else for my auto body needs!

Well needed new tires do I go to have the replaced, to my surprise the mechanic knew the car was in an accident. He said that repairs were not done on the car and it will cost me with tires almost two thousand dollars. Which means Art Auto body lied to Geico and me staring that the are was fixed. I complained that something was wrong and they took a test drive with me the day I picked it up. They heard the noise and they told me there nothing more they can do. After having my car for over a month they did not do all the repairs like they said they did! Disgusting and they should not be in business

Great auto body shop. Very very nice and first class. Doesn't even look like a auto body shop. Everyone that works there is pleasant, friendly and professional. They did great body work on my SUV. Not only did they fix it but they also washed and cleaned the heck out of it inside and out. God for bid i need body work again, I won't hesitate to go back. Seriously it's a very good shop. So much that my Dad is going to bring his car there for some body work.

I took my car here to get repairs done after an accident. I requested an estimate and he gave me one. After reviewing the estimate I spoke with him about insurance coverage and he got a funny look on his face and said "Oh, I didn't know this was for insurance." He had given me a much higher estimate for the work done, thinking that it was going to be paid out of pocket and not paid by an insurance company (who would probably fought or decline the higher cost and therefore he would have lost the business!). I've been to quite a few body shops through my early years of driving and I have to say Art Auto Body is the BEST Body shop In New York. They are reliable, efficient and professional. They assist you with whatever questions you may have with your car and insurance and advise in your best interest! My parked car was hit in the rear and the person that did the deed did not want to go through insurance so she offered to pay. I decided on two places for estimates. Art Auto Body and another in Rockland County, NY. I went to AAB first. When I arrived Simon came out to look at the car and was WONDERFUL. I took my car to Art Auto Body about three years ago when tree branches hit my car. They did a great job and you could not tell any work was done. So fast forward to the present. My mother had a leased car that had numerous bad scratches on it and I took it to them to fix before turning in the lease for her. They did an awesome job and you would never know there was any work done. Moreover, they went over and above to help me return the car to the dealer since the dealer was giving me a hard time even though I was not responsible for the car. Brought my car in after an accident. They replaced 2 doors, radio antenna, rear fender, vacuumed, waxed, painted and polished my car in just 14 days. Staff is very quick, friendly and respectful. So kind, so professional. Great work, no hassle. I was very impressed! I took my car there after an accident and met with the insurance adjuster upon arrival. They have an enterprise in the same office, so getting a rental while the work was done was easy. They even touch up some paint in areas unrelated to the accident as a courtesy. I recently moved to Blauvelt and after the snow storm was in need of a repair for my jeep, I had taken off one of my brake lights and the spoiler. From start to finish everyone I had spoken with at Art's Auto Body was excellent. The damage to my car was fixed the same day within hours. I had a very enjoyable experience with this shop. From the moment I walked through the door, I was being helped and followed up with. The woman at the front desk was very kind and affable. And for a Wednesday afternoon it was pretty packed and I had to wait a little longer than I wanted to to see the guy for the car rental I had to get. But.....
