Classic Auto Body Repair is a family-owned business in Rockland County for over 50 years, first founded in 1969 by John and Norma Totani. After they retired in 1997, their daughter Christine and her husband Yasar (Mike) took over the family business to continue into the second generation.
At Classic Auto Body Repair Shop, from bumper scuffs to major collision damage, we are your auto body repair and painting experts. Our state of the art facility is capable of returning any vehicle (cars, SUVs, vans, and trucks), both foreign and domestic, to factory specifications. We work with all insurance company estimates.

One of the best auto body places around. Extremely professional and makes you feel comfortable though the whole process. I had to get a few car dents fixed, now it’s like they never happened. The paint color match was on point as well. They showed me 20+ pictures of my belongings, body damage, as the car was being painted/fixed and the final product. Amazing work! I will be coming back for any other body work in the future.

After a few visits to other body shops getting estimates for a minor repair, I was recommended by a colleague to Mike at Classic. Off the bat, I noticed they stayed busy due to the number of ongoing repairs they had when I drove in. Mike was very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns, and stuck to his quoted timeline of completion. When I went back to pickup my truck, Mike explained the work that was done, he shared photos of the work, photos of my personal belongings still intact, went over my truck’s computer codes before and after the work. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the front bumper, and two wheel well covers of my 2014 Subaru Legacy. They matched the paint perfectly. They did the work quickly. When I came to pick up the car, I noticed the car had been washed and shined up, inside and out! It looks like a brand new car! In addition, Mike fixed a light no charge, and he ran before and after diagnostics and photos that he showed me. Everything is done fairly, and honestly. You can trust this business. Very refreshing!
