Critical: Responsiveness
It’s been a year I took my tablet for them to fix it and I’ve called gone to the place and still nothing. I asked for the tablet and money back and they refused to give it because they would have the tablet soon but up until now no call or response for my item. Will be taking extreme mesures.

I took my daughter’s Ipad just for a cracked screen, never had problems with it after they fixed it the battery wasn’t working , I took it back to them been almost a week and no call at all , I call the office and no answer my daughter keeps crying she wants to use her Ipad , I don’t recommend this place , unprofessional , poor communication, NOW IM HERE WAITING WITH NO RESPONSE , been a horrible experience with this place !

Worst experience ever! Never go to this shop , I paid them 65$ dollars for them not to even fix my charging port at all. What a waste of time and money. I’m convinced nothing was done to my phone at all. The issue still stands and terrible customer service from the lady in the front, she was rude and unprofessional with her attitude. The male in the front was very polite and professional so I tip my hat off to him for his service but other than that I don’t recommend. Wasted 65$!
