Forget Best Buy’s Geek Squad!
I was having issues with my laptop and Geek Squad wanted to charge me $199 for a diagnostic plus $100 to update the software. I went to Carlos for help and he was extremely professional and was able to diagnose and fix my laptop right away. The cost was reasonable. He explained what the issue was and even gave me tips on how to maintain my laptop in good order. He went out of his way to make sure I had my laptop ready for work the next day! I definitely recommend Carlos and will be going back in the future!

My sister was having so many issues With her laptop. We tried geek squad but they were Chsrging a hefty price to repair it. I saw the online reviews so i have PC Solution a chance. I am external happy. He upgraded the hard drive to a solid state drive. Huge difference. The laptop starts up and logs in within less than 20 seconds. I am very impressed.

I took my computer here to transfer the hard-drive of my old computer to a new one. The job could've been done in about 3 hours, but due to the lack of space on my new computer, I had to wait about six days until I bought an external drive. Once I brought in the new drive, Carlos transferred everything in one hour. The price is reasonable and Carlos is very knowledgeable and helpful.
