Solar electric systems generate electricity silently and without any moving parts. Sunlight falls on the solar panels generating DC electricity. That DC electricity is then converted into household 120/240V AC electricity by the inverters. The AC electricity is next fed into your electric meter and circuit breaker panel.

We utilized Sunrise Solar Solutions for the installation of our solar panels and system and had the perfect experience. They were very professional and thorough during the initial process in order to determine if our home was the right fit for solar. At that time we were able to take advantage of the Federal and State tax credits available and they assisted all along the way. Originally I was approached by a company that offered to install a leased solar system
on my roof. I let them do an estimate, but when I read the contract carefully I found it to be
very undesirable; after 20 years of leasing I would not even own the panels! Also, it was
extremely misleading - they were pretending that I would have a lower energy cost per kW-hour, but in fact they were basing their calculation on the amount of energy they were farming off of my roof - not on the amount of energy I was actually using. My advice on
