It is not appreciated that business partners of Tristate Solar do not get paid their dues on time. The dues remain pending for years. Matthew does not respond to email/call at all despite multiple follow ups and does not keep his words. Every business partner expects you to be honest and committed to pay your dues.

Tristate solar and I have been on a ride this past year due to the Covid pandemic. But, aside from the few hiccups and waiting games, Matt has been great in compensating for time lost and making sure to keep on top of the job. Albert has also been a great addition to assisting and making sure that the job is done right. Albert’s knowledge and customer service is unbeatable! Matt Sprake is the professional you hope will turn up at your door when you need assistance. Recently I needed help with my home solar panels and, lucky for me, Matt is the person who helped me out. This young man is hands-on and thoroughly knowledgeable re solar panels. His explanations were clear cut and easy to understand. He even took the time to help me set up an account with O&R so I could track my solar consumption. Matt is one of the most patient, polite and courteous service people I have ever met. I had these solar panels installed 79 of them since May 2019 and today is April 23, 2020 almost an entire year paying $371. month in addition to Orange & Rockland regular $500 Electric Bill for the panels and they are not operable. I've text Matt Sprake, called, left a message, multiple times and NOTHING. No response. Please contact me Leila Cruz 646-531-2451 and HELP a unsatisfied customer. I've even written to DIVIDEND the finance company and everyone associated with Tri-'State Solar Services is ignoring me. Next step is legal matters unfortunately.
