Many pools can be serviced within 2 - 3 hours but may require multiple visits. If your needs can be met with this service, our technicians will typically complete the job with 1 to 3 visits within the same week; however, "Green" or "Neglected" pools may require our Drain and Clean service. You may need to drain your pool if you can't see the bottom & if algae can't be brushed off easily.
Manufacturers recommend this service be performed every six to twelve months depending on the pool's environment. Filter cleaning can be time consuming and messy. I have been a customer of Aquablue for over 5 years, and previous owners of this home were customers for over a decade, and they came highly recommended. If you has asked me to review this company even a few months ago, I would have given them 4-5 stars, but there has been a noticeable and irrefutable decline in the quality of service recently, including damaging an expensive and new variable speed pump which they had installed and now their new guy damaged.
I have weekly service and they have unerringly delivered upon that week after week without fail for all the years I’ve been a customer

Several of my neighbors use Aqua Blue and told me they were very satisfied with the level of service. And they were right!! My pool is near a large tree that drops leaves, but James the pool technician does an awesome job of ensuring it is crystal clean. He is a very courteous employee and evens pulls my trash cans up to the door if he needs to park in front of my house. Highly recommend this firm!!!

These guys have been the best pool services company that I've had, over the last 25 years. First of all, they know all of the equipment so well, and if anything needs to be done/upgraded/repaired, etc.; I know they have my best interest in mind and I always go with their recommendation. I recently had the pool re-plastered & Aqual Blue was the perfect company to have around, because I had to have new lights installed & they knew exactly what to do, and now I have state-of-the-art light system that works flawlessly. Absolutely the best pool maintenance AND repair service in Austin area. In the 18 years since I built my pool, I've employed more pool cleaners and repair "experts" than I can remember. Before using Aqua Blue Pools , I rarely had a perfectly cleaned and maintained swimming pool. They have built an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, responsive team. I have found the new team at Aqua Blue Pools to be very professional. Every tech I have met is extremely friendly and does a great job! When I have needed extra help they have returned my call quickly and have done exactly what they promised to do. I was even surprised when they told me I could delay a pricey repair- I appreciate their honesty!
