Excellent company. I flinched at their initial bid the first time I used them, but hired them and they got the job done the next day and it worked. Price was fair and the work was outstanding. Used them ever since and have been especially I pressed with Ted who has taken extra time to explain equipment to me. A+

I had the best experience with Patriot Pool and spa today. I just moved into a new house and managed to mess up the pump enough that water wouldn't run through. I had already heard of patriot though their high recommendations on Next door so I decided to call them to try to get somebody out to help me fix the pump. Unfortunately they are pretty booked up but the gentleman I spoke to(I think Jeff?) took time out of his day to text me step by step instructions to help me get me pump up and going. I'm blown away by their customer service and will be doing business with them in the future

Patriot has been taking care of our pool for years and we have been largely satisfied. Like any relationship there have been a few moments where feedback was necessary. In each of those cases they were responsive to my concern and took care of it.
They make route changes which means we get a different cleaner every so often, which means we have to educate the next cleaner. That’s probably not true for all pools, but our pool is weird and small so it has a few quirks.

We tried several pool companies all of which fell short but then we found Patriot Pool - We couldn’t be happier! I can’t say enough Good things about the company and people who work there. We had a leak and they sent someone out right away to investigate. They keep our equipment and pool in top shape. And they are so friendly and easy to work with! I highly recommend Patriot Pool!

These guys have 5 stars for a reason. They may not have "revolutionized" pool care- but they are the most efficient and effective team assembled in Austin.
They do everything, and they do it well. They are transparent and extremely responsive. For your $, you could not get a better service.

Excellent experience. Patriot replaces my former (small mom-and-pop) pool cleaning service. Alex runs operations. Dimitri is our cleaner. Both are fantastic. Dimitri is friendly, efficient, and professional. They use modern equipment and drive clean, well maintained trucks (unlike my old provider). LOVE THIS SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Awesome pool company! In our household, we joke that they don't need another 5-star review because they are so good, but we have to give credit where credit is due. Customer service is top notch, which is refreshing (and we know from experience that not every company is pleasant to deal with or responsive). Very friendly people, including the folks visiting our home as well as management. They highly improved how our pool looked when they took over, and have gone the extra mile when we've needed help purchasing chemicals/products. I had never owned a pool before and purchased a house with one in 2017. The pool needed to be entirely re-plumbed, new filter internal components, a booster pump, and a new salt system. I had three separate companies give me bids and while Patriot wasn't the absolute cheapest, they were well within range of the other bids. They were however the only company that walked me through exactly what they would do, why their bid was the price it was, and made me feel comfortable in spending a significant amount of money with them. I also chose to have them service my pool moving forward. Patriot takes

Patriot pool are the real deal when it comes to service your pool , you don’t have to measure chemicals etc.. the only reason you go to your pool is to enjoy it .
Adam shows every week like a clock and do all this for us I trust him around my family and always great work ethic he is the best they are all the best .
One more think they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need and believe me if they ask for it you pool owner need it , and I like that , what can I say they are cool.

Patriot Pool & Spa is okay. Very expensive and everything is an upsell, but the pool looks pretty good. They only have the option to come once a week for servicing (I prefer every other week). After my first visit it was recommended that I “blow out my line” that was clogged with seasonal debris. After I had that serviced my automatic pool vacuum still wasn’t working properly despite my digital door hanger stating all machinery + equipment was working properly. There are probably better priced companies out there, but patriot was the easiest to sign up online and that’s what I liked most

I wasn't happy with my last pool cleaning service. We switch to Patriot Pool & Spa a few months ago and I didn't want to leave a review until I had used their service for awhile. My pool looks better then ever, I'm actually saving money compared to our last company, and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!!

Updating my review: I really appreciate how Patriot admitted fault and then went above and beyond to fix everything. The guy who came to fix it made a small error but Nathan immediately rectified the situation and all is well. I'm not a hater so they deserve the update. I honestly just think these guys are dealing with growing pains but what's important is that the owner and the managers care and that's all anyone can ask for as that means they will follow through and go above and beyond to ensure anything missed gets fixed. We all make mistakes and we should all be open to letting

Update 1 4/30: Nathan from Patriot Pool reached out to me and apologized and stated they may be having issues with their phone service. The owner also called and apologized and stated the same thing. I appreciate everything they've done to correct the situation. They are scheduled to come out Friday 5/3 so I can update again afterwards.
Update 2 5/4/19: Ted from Patriot came out yesterday and switched out the motor and mounting bracket and got us back up and running. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable and helpful. Nathan followed up and made sure the job was taken care of. They
