Dr. Andrews is great. The staff is quite rude. I needed a refill on medication and the person "helping" me, said, "Ma'am, you haven't been here since 2018. Dr. Andrews can't order a medication for you without seeing you." Essentially, she scolded me, firmly, then bounced the problem into my court, without any sympathy or suggestion of how to resolve my problem. She didn't even ask what the problem really was. I had to prompt her by saying, "Can I make a new appointment?" The first appointment, for a refill on a medication that is already in my history, is 4 months from today. So unhelpful. I am

Best dermatologist I’ve ever seen. Seen 1 other office in the area and was not pleased. Saw Dr Andrews and was very happy. Front desk ladies are amazing as well.

This place will tell you they will fill your prescription and call you, but they will not fill the prescription or call you back. They also don't seem very interested in making your skin any better. I felt like I was an annoyance when talking to the Doctor.
I wish I could go somewhere else but I don't know if my insurance will let me.

Dr Andrews is a good doctor. We have been seeing him for many years. We did see another dermatologist for a couple of years because of a change in insurance coverage, but we returned to Dr. Andrews as soon as coverage was restored.

Years ago I was prescribed a prescription that gave me off and on results. Plus the prescription was extremely irritating to my skin. I went back 2 weeks ago to be reevaluated. The first prescription the office gave was not covered on my insurance plan so something else was needed. The insurance company gave the names of 5 different products that could be used for the same treatment which I gave to the office. 2 weeks of going back and forth, thinking everything is straightened out, my wife picks up the prescription. They prescribed the same prescription as I had years ago that I can`t return and

Terrible customer service. Entire staff is rude, and clueless. Including the Doctor and PA. Not to mention the 100.00 consultation fee, after paying my "fee" for 5 minutes of this idiots time, they then were "trying to figure out how much to charge" me after my appointment was over. I had to remind them that I just paid and was not giving them another dime. I will not go back, and I strongly urge anyone else to check into other options before going here.

No problems with the doctor but the main receptionist is a little unpleasant. It’s as if she does not want to be there and or hates her life. Stop wasting your time lady, find something you love to do because you are making the patient visits intimating.

Absolute worst customer service. I dealt with 3 receptionist 1 was incredibly friendly and 2 were incredibly nasty. 2 of those told me they accepted my insurance and the day before the appointment I get told that they don’t have a contract with my insurance. The receptionist was beyond DUMB and not helpful. I called up and asked to speak to the person in charge and she was very friendly but all she said was I’m so sorry. Absolutely nothing else and I know nothing can really be done but it was just awful customer service.

Dr. Andrews treated me for skin cancer between 2000 and 2009. I got a call in 2012 that I needed to see him about a problem. I found out that the lab he was using for analyzing biopsies had failed to catch melanoma in a tissue sample from my ear from 2009. I am pretty convinced that Dr. Andrews had taken pictures of the problem on my ear before he removed it. However, his staff claimed that he had no visual records of this problem. I had to go to Johns Hopkins to have surgery on my ear to remove the margins around where they had to guess the previous cancer was. All in all, I don't blame Dr. Andrews
