Electronics Recycling Solutions is designed to provide employment for adults with autism and different disabilities while offering an ethical solution to electronics waste management. 1 in 59 children are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and each year 50,000 turn 18 years old. 50 million tons of electronics need recycling annually, making it the largest and fastest-growing waste stream in the world.
If you are looking to purchase any of ERS's refurbished electronics you can visit our ebay store! Not only is it a great way to score deals but it is also a great way to support the employment and training of people with disabilities. At ERS we also work closely with our local Churches, Teachers, and Schools to support awareness of the practice of safe disposal of electronics and recycling through on-site activities and recycling drives.

ERS welcomes visitors to our facility with advanced notice of one week prior to the requested visitation date. Individuals that want to shadow our production line must be cleared by management. When individuals shadow ERS employees working on our production line, it does not involve the actual breaking down of electronics, only observation.
