Landfarming employs specially enhanced microbes that use the petroleum waste as food, breaking down the waste in the process. Along with the microbes, the land is periodically tilled to provide aeration to aid biodegradation. The final product of landfarming is a safe material ideal for special use in construction and industry.
We can accept many kinds of wastewaters. We also dispose of oil-water separator sludge and grease trap residues. Wastewater recycling is core to our entire program at Triple M Land Farms. The first step in wastewater recycling is to separate any free petroleum product from the water. The petroleum is then sent off-site to a licensed recycling facility for beneficial reuse.
If you have petroleum impacted soil, for instance, a diesel spill, we can recycle that soil. We offer an environmentally sound and economically viable solution for soil recycling using aeration and natural microbes to clean up the soil instead of storing it at a landfill. After a certain period of time, the soil recycled in the treatment cells is tested.
