Don't choose this office! Worst experience ever! First of all, the front desk lady is terrible. She (Anna) is impatient and unprofessional. Once I had an appointment and when I got there 15 min in the office, the office is CLOSED! There's never a confirmation/reminder of your appointment. And every time I call to schedule/confirm my appointment, Anna is super impatient and just can't wait to hang up on you. Secondly, the price is way higher than other dental offices. I once wanted to have an implant and they charged almost $6000 for it, where the other office only charges half of

Dr. Feiz has been my dentist for over ten years and I've always been treated well by everyone there. Dental cleaning and treatment have always been gentle. I ask lots of questions and I've always gotten answers and explanations I could understand. I've declined offered treatment, such as x-rays and cosmetic dentistry to repair a chipped front tooth. After explaining why I didn't want cosmetic dentistry, they let it go. However, they continued to tell me why x-rays would be helpful given my likelihood of bone loss, until I agreed to occasional x-rays. I think those patient explanations

Typical HMO shop. My husband went in for his initial checkup and xrays so we could schedule our annual cleaning appointments. Now, let this be said, my husband's mouth is not in good shape, but less than a year ago, we paid over $1,000 for deep cleanings that were done by quadrant and were very thorough, which was absolutely medically necessary. He had his first visit and to our surprise, they said he needed a deep cleaning for $290 in typical up-sell HMO shop fashion. When I called to change the appointment to a routine cleaning, the receptionist said that they wouldn't cover the appointment

My children and I have been going to calabasas dental for over a decade. Dr Feiz is very polite, knowledgeable and his office is clean. After so many years, things have taken a turn for the worst. The front office staff has changed. The lady they have working on Wednesday's has no social skills, no customer service etiquette, and quite frankly is very rude with her blunt tone and awful body language. In a business where people have varying levels of care needed there is no gentleness in her manner. The other person they have the remaining days of the week is less than satisfactory as well

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Strict policies, make you sign and agree to all contract terms in financial responsibility agreement, without any flexibility or negotiation.
I selected the dentist office from my insurance, without doing my homework. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! Dentist was UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. Refused to discuss my concerns, when I requested to personally speak with him, since I had appointment scheduled!

I have been a patient of Dr. Feiz for over 10 years. He and his staff are always professional and extremely friendly. Dr Fiez, discusses procedures in terms of what should be done, what can be done and what not to waste time on. He never pressures you into any procedure, just gives you the facts for you to make an informed decision.
The office is always clean and neatly kept, I have never had to wait more than 5-6 minutes upon arrival and they have always been very flexible with my crazy schedule. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Feiz!

My experience with Dr. Feiz and his staff has been a 5-star event way before Yelp ever existed. Dr. Feiz is a true professional and will always give it to you straight up - but in a kind way that doesn't make you feel pressured or uncomfortable. I've been going to Dr. Feiz/Calabasas Dental Group for just about ten years and have referred my father, brother, friends, wife and precious baby daughter Savannah. Terrible experiences, even before I get to meet with the dentist. They cancelled my appointment at the very last minute of their office hours the day before the appointment, and when I got the message and called back right away, they were already closed. When I tried to reschedule the next day, the office staff was very rude. The only reason they gave me was that the dentist "would not be in for the day." She seems to overlook the fact that the office would actually charge patients if canceling within 24 hours. Also, the office sometimes close earlier than their official office hours

I had a horrible experience with this office. Found the office staff to be terribly rude and without an ounce of compassion for the patients as I witnessed a confrontation between the office manager and a patient in serious pain. My young daughters were with me in the waiting room and witnessed this display. I left with my traumatized children and never returned. They charged me a late fee for my children's appointments. I was so disgusted by this office that I filed a complaint with my insurance company.

I just had my teeth polished here (a check-up i guess) and I thought they did a lovely job. I've been going here for a year and a half because it's closest to my work. My boss is actually paying for my dental work so i can't really complain about it.
They do call you 24 hours before and have a 48 hour cancellation rule. Although I wouldn't rely soley on them calling, maybe write it down or set up a reminder for 50 hours before your appointment so you can skip the $30 cancellation fee....

First things first, when you sit down in a dentist's chair and you can hear a guy screaming in pain from across the hall - beware! Nah, I think he might of just been a wuss but still, it definitely put me on edge. I mean it's an open floor plan and I can see the patient in the next room/cubicle/whatever it is.
I give it 2 stars because I've had better. I was the first cleaning appointment of the day and it took an hour and the cleaning only took 15-20 minutes. I was waiting a while.
That and they try to upsell you on everything. The dentist asked me about getting braces
