STAY AWAY, WORST EXPERIENCE! We applied for rental and sent out the security deposit check of $500, the sales person promised that the results would come up instantaneously or up to about 48 hours and that he would update us. After so many follow ups (which at times were completely ignored), it took them a MONTH to get back to us with an approval letter, NO LEASE AGREEMENT!! Then, they promised that "We're actually finishing up the leasing documents tonight and will be sending them out tomorrow!" THEY NEVER DID. We waited for more than a month and WE NEVER RECEIVED THE AGREEMENT

Whatever you do DON"T move into a RMS company or anything to do with Randy Salvatore. I had the worst experience. The staff comes off as nice and wanting to help and then go behind your back it seems to do everything in their power not to help you, only to backstab you. They are dishonest and discriminate amongst their properties. Shady would describe them best.
Stay away, far, far away unless you want to waste time and money on people that are selfish and only have their own interests in mind.

A Randy Salvatore built property is built to look nice but just don't use it because they are not built to live in. This corrupt Randy Salvatore tapes and glues his properties together just to hold up and last a year until his useless 1 year warranty expires. This guy is a grade a chump who is in the business of cheating and defrauding people in order to make a buck. Don't buy anything with Randy Salvatores name on it because you are assured of getting ripped off. There are so many reputable builders out there who stand behind their product because they care about their name and reputation
