Finger Management Corp. has more than 100 years of combined experience in the real estate industry and currently manages more than 70 properties throughout the greater New York metropolitan area, including Westchester County.

Finger Management represents various investment groups, commercial and mixed use properties, luxury condominium buildings, cooperative apartment corporations, individual private owners, not-for-profit entities and low income "HDFC" properties, with an expertise in those that were either built and/or converted to low-income housing through either City or State housing programs.

Mr. Finger is a licensed New York State real estate broker with a distinguished background in real estate property management that spans more than 20 years. Mr. Finger, born and raised in the Bronx, has a life long affinity with real estate throughout the City of New York and its outer boroughs.

With the help of a dedicated and knowledgeable support staff, he oversees the daily operations of the company including, but not limited to, all contract negotiations with service vendors and providers, and the coordination of sales and leasing of both residential and commercial properties.

Greedy, unprofessional, not personable at all. They do not care about the shareholders at all. Non working buzzer system, dirty common areas with no oversight of super, they hold deposits for no reason. Sickening. Do not do business with them.
I have been living in a brand new cooperative apartment building managed by Finger Management for the past 6 months. Under Finger Management the building has taken a turn for the worse: dirty carpets, non functional buzzer system, leak in the storage room, and non functional utility company (lack of transparency with billing/meter system).

Critical: Lacks professionalism, integrity, care and fails to act swiftly regarding pressing matters: such as inside smoking, tenant-to-tenant harassment, leaking roof and general repairs: bathroom, kitchen and general use areas. Furthermore, matters not handled properly nor in a timely manner that makes the property I reside at unsafe and inhabitable.
Managers will lie to cover their failure to follow up or execute legitimate repairs or grievances. They will forget to follow up and simply not do the required work, nor answer emails timely (if at all). The principal operator of this company fails

I don't know what the previous review is talking about. Finger Mgmt is nothing but responsive when I've needed and I've dealt with Greg and his assistant on a consistent basis and have had my needs met and my issues resolved in a professional manner.

Literally my worst nightmare, I stayed at their 167 w 129th location. The worst service ever, the management is rude, selfish and VERY discriminatory. The only thing they care about is collecting rent from you that’s it!
In the one year I lived there, there have been problems with hot wayer and many related issues.
As I mentioned before, this was my worst nightmare, worst Appartment I have rented all my life.
Pleaae keep away while you can!

After many things being stolen from infront of my door... dangerous incidents occurring in the halls/stairs asking for cameras THAT WORK must be too much... as a landlord isn’t protecting your PROPERTY and TENANTS priority?? Oo no, according to the property manager that’s not his job because he isn’t authority. Authority hasn’t done anything because when they come back for recordings there aren’t any, Yes we do have cameras but they’re just for show.

Finger manages assets in a good fashion. They have always been good with the buildings we have collaborated on and have protected my interests as a landlord. I would recommend them as a 3rd party manager.

ALot of things have being stolen from infront of my door... cameras Are turned Upwards I called the landlord Multiple times complaining about the smoking in front of my door nothing has been done they do not care about Their tenants at all.all the staffs are rude and very disrespectful.

I have lived for two years in an HDFC apartment in Harlem managed by Finger management. I find them responsive and professional. My suspicion is that those who on this thread have found them and the staff to be rude are themselves unreasonable and have unrealistic demands. I appreciate their professionalism.
