I filed my personal and small businesses taxes with them February of this year. I have since gotten a letter in the mail telling me I have yet to file my taxes, and now need to pay a fee. I called Woodside Tax Services (after calling the California Dept of Tax) to let them know and ask what happened. I called on a Sunday, when I know they're closed, only expecting to reach an answering machine to leave a message. To my surprise, someone picked up. I asked "is this Woodside Tax Services?" to which I got the response "Yes......it's Sunday." I say "oh sorry, I was only expecting to reach voicemail
