To my own detriment, I used Beverly's tax preparation services for many years. She is very temperamental and this often shows in unpleasant ways. She gets very defensive when probed about her recommendations. Once she even yelled at me "you are so rude!" just for trying to understand her method of estimating quarterly self-employment tax payments. She also is not very proficient with email, either responding cryptically to questions or not responding at all.
