I've used to live in this building. It's a really great building with great 24-hour staff and great security. The amenities could be different now, but in the past they had an Ok gym and a relatively small pool. (you can do lapses but it's not an Olympic size) I was on the 50th floor so my views were nice. Some of the apartments look at the Central Park and Whey are even better. washer/dryer in every floor. Maintenance crew were on call 24/7 which made up for the expensive monthly fee. Most of the lower floors (maybe up to the 30th or so) is for businesses and they have a separate
