Our capabilities include high speed and high capacity lamination as well as short run service, as needed. Our flexible packaging lamination is performed using a two-component, solventless, polyurethane adhesive process.

Golden Eagle is proud to offer monolayer as well as coextruded films, which are available in 3, 5, 7 and 9-layer configurations.

Excellent clarity, customized peelability and superb heat resistance are just some of the wonderful attributes of this film. Golden Eagle offers hot needle micro-perforation for all types of flexible packaging. Our state of the art LaserPin, Star 2 Hot Needle Micro-perforation unit is fully automated and computer controlled, using a heating system that is segmented into three compartments of infrared lamps, for maximum temperature uniformity.
The printing services we offer at Golden Eagle Extrusions, Inc. allow customers to add graphics, logos, text, promotions, barcodes, or even photos to their custom film project. We use a variety of printing processes including digital, flexographic, and rotogravure to apply up to 10 colors to film up to 70 in width.
