Pagliai's has a rich history. In the 1960s, the pizza pie was not yet a staple of the American diet that it is today. The food here is above average. But the pizza buffet.... is a great deal and tasty! I really enjoy the ranch salad dressing on the salad bar. Just your average salad bar with all the basic essentials. You can also put a pizza quest in for the buffet and they will make it for you. I came an hour until close and they still made me a custom pizza!! Great service and an awesome deal. The interior reminds me of home.

This has been a staple in the BG area for a loonnnng time. The staff is always nice, the food is freshly prepared and the ambiance of their restaurant is nice.
I love their pizza buffet and salad bar. In fact, their homemade ranch is the BEST in this area. Hands down!
Their website is a bit outdated but don't let that deter you from ordering online.
If you're ever in the area, never pass down the opportunity to eat here, you'll be glad you did!

I read reviews and called around for a place to deliver pizzas for a luncheon, wanting a good price. Pagliai's was the ticket. I spoke to the manager. He was very accommodating. I wanted pizzas for 50 people, cut in squares with paper plates and napkins included. He called me back with the total which was low compared to the menu. He had given me a discount. Yea! He also said the delivery was always free. I responded that the driver needed to be on time, and he was on time! He received a nice tip. Placed my order online. Said pickup was 5pm but when I got there only half my order was ready. Had to wait 10 min to get the rest.
I got the taco salad and hubby got the calzone. Also a side of garlic bread.
None of it was good. I ordered no onions on my salad and it came FILLED with onions (pictures included). I picked them out as best I could and still kept biting into little pieces and it was nasty! I order sour cream and they give it to you in packets instead of putting it on the salad. Hubby said his calzone was not good. The garlic bread was two flavorless little slices

Ate the lunch buffet. Would give the breadsticks a 5 star rating but the pizza a 2.5 star so I will round up to an overall rating of 4 stars due to excellent service & salad bar & serving Pepsi products. I really liked that the server asked what pizza I would like & he immediately put in my order for pepperoni. When it came out of the oven, he brought the fresh pizza to me & asked how many pieces I wanted before he delivered it to the buffet!! I was impressed even though the pizza was just average. Bottom line is I would return to the buffet when in the area again.

This place is absolutely amazing! I don't like red sauce so I asked them to make a white pizza and it was the best I've ever had!! Unlike other pizza places, they added herbs and spices to give it a lot of flavor! The cinnamon dessert pizza is to die for and their breadsticks are good too! Workers are friendly and service is great! I would come here any day!

Alright I grew up on Cici's but man is this pizza good.
Sure it's really thin crust and not the highest quality but it's a pizza buffet do you really want that thick crust getting in the way of plate 5 or 7 ha. Only problem I have with this place is that the plates are too small XD. My family goes through Bowling Green all the time, I had no clue we we missing out on this gem!

In the fall of 1990 I was introduced to this pizza joint by a group of friends who were showing a young man around the town.
The pizza was the best this small town boy had ever tasted. Well, 25 years later and I still have to eat here whenever my travels take me within a reasonable distance of BG.
The pizza sauce and crust is still hand made, the toppings are fresh and that is a big plus for me. While I've since had better pizzas, this place is still in my top 5.

I have been coming to Paglias since before I can remember and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I will not being coming back for a very very long time. The waitress sat my family of 5... We waited 15+ minutes for her to not return.
We decided to go to the buffet and grab our food because my mother had mentioned we would all be eating the buffet tonight. We over hear the staff saying that we sat ourselves and just started eating. Not once did they come to our table until my father went to say that we were seated but never received menus or drinks. About 25

Good pizza buffet. It's a little eclectic in terms of atmosphere, but the food is quality. They have really good homemade soups. This place is great for lunch. Aldo great for large groups or parties. Also everyone can get what they want since it's a buffet. I always wanted to order off the menu, but the buffet's allure always gets the best of me.

A pizza place you can just walk into & start eating pizza?! YES! The buffet is awesome! & since I love pizza (especially their's) I can't say enough about how great this is as a lunch option. I don't even bother ordering a pizza to be added to the buffet, i'm a pizza adventurist, i'll take what ever they got, but what a great option! For the price, it can't be beat.

Pagliai's is a good place to go if you're looking for a cheap pizza buffet. You're allowed to request one pizza for the buffet, so there's sure to be something up there you like. They also have salad and breadsticks. The pizza itself isn't too bad - not the best I've ever had, but given that you can eat as much as you want for cheap, I'd recommend it.
