I bought my uniforms in this store. And they told me they would call me between 7 and 10 days to pick up two embroidered tops. So because they didn’t call me after 10 days, I wanted to call them, just to ask what's next, and a lady answers me, I don't remember her name but, she wasn't nice, she answers me with insolence, it's as if she doesn't care. she doesn't have good customer service and that's not good, our lives don't end in her shop. It won't cost you anything to be nice and respond well to customers.

Wonderful experience! Kim and her staff were busy busy with tax free weekend and all the new nursing student but still quickly acknowledged and welcomed me. They showed me where my school's uniform options were, offered help and recommended trying out multiple sizes and options. It was great and I can't wait to pick up my uniform for clinicals in a few weeks! Thanks Kim and staff! And happy 30 years for business!!!!

Not a welcoming environment a lady with fake eyebrows just stared at me and then asked me if I needed help when I asked her for a specific size she said they didn’t have it then I asked if she could look in the back and she proceeded to tell me that she can order it. I just asked her for a size and she refused to help. I tried on a couple of sizes and left the other lady old one didn’t seem to concern . I recommended a different scrub store horizon.

Buyer beware, arrangements to purchase scrubs through your employer are not eligible for direct refunds. Your only recourse when trying to return unused, non-special order items is to have your employer return the items. This even applies when you go to pick up your ordered items without ever taking possession of them.
In addition, the "discount" you receive is off of "list-price" (which by the way is not marked on the items in the store). You can find much better prices through other vendors for the same items.

We've been ordering scrubs from Classic Uniforms for quite some time but it wasn't until last month that my entire staff needed scrubs and that's when I met the amazing Pam!! It was easy to find scrubs here that are affordable and great quality. The women who work here are very helpful in finding exactly what you need. They sell men and women scrubs with more selections for women.

Great Customer service and attention from the staff. The embroidery I had to have made a mistake on my order. Fortunately they were just missing some information but still attention to detail from all parties was obviously lacking. Unfortunately I had to drive back to the shop since they were in a bag and I did not check them either. The good part was that when I called and spoke to the owner/manager, he volunteered to ship the corrected tops to me so that I didn't have to come back to the shop. I haven't received the scrubs yet so I may update this review. I can say only good things

TERRIBLE attitude from the employees. If I knew how awful their attitude would be after buying, I 10000% would have taken my money somewhere else. If they call to let you know that your scrubs are on back order, don't bother calling them to check to see if they've made it in, even if it's been 3-6 weeks. They acted SO annoyed and RUDE over the phone both times that I've checked in on the scrubs that I spent $130+ on, like that's a stupid thing to do. Horrible customer service!!! I special ordered my scrubs and they said it will arrive in a week at the most. Today marks 14th day of placing the order and they don't have it ready yet. My school starts Monday and I have been calling them everyday past three days they are just getting ruder and ruder on the call and just making up new policies as they please. Buyer beware: Even though their receipt says "30 day return policy with receipt on all items except special orders", the assistant manager tried telling me that I could not return the UNUSED white scrubs because the tags were off and she smelled perfume that wasn't hers. When I argued about the return policy on the receipt she said that "it's common knowledge that stores don't take back merchandise if the tags are removed". The embroidery wait is long not going to lie but it probably would've been shorter if I had not waited until the last minute to buy. Of course my financial aid barely came in I'm behind but that isn't their fault. Pam is such a lovely lady and she was very sweet to me when I've been basically fat shamed in other uniform stores. She told me I had made a mistake with chosing the uniform and went and grabbed the right uniform herself when others would of just told me where it was and watched me be lost the entire time. Ordered two items from them and was told they would arrive at the same time. When they called me to pick them up I arrived to only find one purchase had arrived. Two hours later they called to say the second part of my order was at the store. When I popped back in to pick up the other half of my order I figured I would look around and maybe purchase a few more items. Horrible customer service. As I was asking the saleswoman about a particular brand I was looking for, she interrupted me to speak to another customer. When the customer left, she never offered to help or look for an alternate brand. I am returning to the work force after being out of practice for 15 years. I am currently in the RN Refresher Course at UTHC SA and I needed scrubs for my clinicals. While I can appreciate all the advances that have been made in the health care field and with technology, somethings are better left unchanged. The staff at Classic Uniforms provided me good old-fashioned impeccable customer service. I'm sorry I don't know their names, but the young lady and young man who were working on 10 May 2014 at around 3 pm were very courteous and helpful. Having that personal touch made this shopping
