Heaven Sent made some t-shirts for my son's Life Celebration in November 2019 and they were perfect. For his 21st Heavenly birthday this year they made 70 shirts for me and they were amazing as well. Susan and her team were so wonderful to work with and kind. They were patient and understanding with the changes in the quantity. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants high-quality workmanship. We had been looking at a few places to get some company shirts made and when we walked into heaven sent we felt very welcomed. The prices for the shirts were fair and they did a phenomenal job with them. The communication was good via email and the shirts were ready in just a few days. It was all a very good experience. Heaven Sent made a “Congrats Senior” yard sign for my son. We love it! My son was so surprised when he saw it. We received so many compliments on the sign. I highly recommend Heaven Sent Promotions. I do not have enough kind words to say about Heavenly Sent! After another shop butchered our t-shirts the day before the even Heavenly went above and beyond to make sure my that I was taken care of. The quality of their product and their customer service is second to none. I will be using their services from this point on, I could not give a higher recommendation.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! SUPERIOR QUALITY! EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE PRICING! These are few reasons why I selected and will continue to use Heaven Sent for all my screen printing and promotional items needs. As a small business owner, pricing is EXTREMELY important however I've learned the "hard way" the LEAST expensive quote isn't always the BEST quote. Pretentious, pompous, and disobliging; answered genuine questions with a question. Being my first time utilizing their services, asked if they had a list of fonts (for my logo) that I could choose from and (s)he said, "we don't have a list, we only use ONE font ." I had a 1000 t-shirt order, but after observing their pretentious attitude, I decided to spend my money elsewhere. Best advice: take the time to shop around, because there are many other shops who pride themselves on giving the best "customer service" possible. Susan and her staff are amazing. Each time that we have placed an order with them for promotional product, hats, polo's, t-shirts you name it they have it proofed and turned it around to us within two weeks. We have never had an issue with any of the products or quality/detail of our orders. They are extremely helpful with new ideas and color schemes that work for our logo which has multiple colors in it. We can't wait for our new OGIO Computer Bags that we just ordered for our team.
