This was my first visit to West Suburban Podiatry and I was very pleased with all the staff and especially Dr. Smith. They demonstrated care and concern for me, being sure not to cause any discomfort while taking the x-rays. Dr. Smith explained everything very clearly, offering ways to relieve my pain and swelling. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his team.

Infuriating office staff. I called twice for an appointment this morning and the receptionist/"office manager" hasn't taken the phone off the answering service - even though the office allegedly opens at 9 am. This has been going on for more than a year. There are times I've actually gotten in the car and driven over to the office to get a simple question answered - that could have easily been taken care of if she bothered to do her job. On top of being incompetent, she picks a fight with you when you tell her the phone is going into their voicemail!

Dr. Gocke is great. But

I will never recommend Dr. Rozanski! I went to him for what was I was told simple procedure and ended up with with serve nerve damage in my foot. When I expressed that my pain was different/worse than before he told me that it is not from his surgery and suggested Multiple Sclerosis (MS) which ended up not being the case. After years of seeking treatment and the and years of pain and years of medical bills I now have to have a stimulator I played in my back to control the nerve damage. Think twice before you trust this practice.
