Today was my first visit to Mae"s but it won't be my last. Easy online booking and payment prior to visit so the whole appt. Is just for the client. Calvin is very knowledgeable and professional. The extra energy work was a bonus a d very appreciated! The location may be a strip mall but the interior is an oasis😍Soothing decor calming atmosphere. The entire experience felt like a week at the beach without the annoying sand. Highly recommended.

Today was my first time at Mae's Methods. My appointment was for a deep tissue massage with Calvin. He was masked and greeted me at the door upon arrival with a free bottled water. Everything was done online in advance so no wasted time. The room was spacious, dimly lit, delicately decorated and clean. He confirmed with me what my massage therapy needs were and then started with some energy work which really helped me to feel calm, relaxed, and comfortable. Day of the appointment Mr. Johnson reaches out via text to make sure everything was still as scheduled. Reconfirmed the massage session and sent the address to the building. Once entering into the building I was greeted by him and escorted to the room. He asked what are your problem areas and I’ve played football in the past so everyone knows the injuries of a former football player. He instructed me on what might be most effective. Mae’s Methods was nothing short of amazing.I went in looking for a new year rejuvenation. Calvin definitely delivered. He is very knowledgeable and truly loves what he does. I came in for chakra cleansing. I didn’t want to start the new decade with any bad energy around me.
