I called to ask about getting a first time renters insurance quote and Ms. Latonia was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process despite me not completely having my information together! Horrible customer service! The old lady at the front desk is always rude. Every time I deal with her if its over the phone or in person she's always rude! Today while she gives me a "courtesy call" after the second time she called when I hung up on her I asked to speak to someone else to take my payment and she would not pass me over. Get out of this business if you dont have the patience to deal with customers or maybe its my ethnicity she didnt like? I'm changing insurance just so I dont have to deal with her again. This is ridiculous!! If your making a courtesy call you have to be as friendly

I had accidentally let my insurance lapse when I lost my credit card. When I called to request the form the state required, I was told that I had insurance on the specified date and that they would fax the form to the DMV as well as send it to me. Apparently neither of those things happened and she was mistaken. Wouldn’t have been a big deal I would have paid the fine and gone on my way. But Reyna didn’t inform me that the form didn’t apply or even that she hadn’t sent it in so now I have to pay to reregister my car. She also didn’t take any notes on my call so the office wouldn’t do
