I had talked to Matt in regards to taking pictures of my house for sale by owner. The date ended up being changed and I had to have someone else do it, which was unfortunate at the time. Although my photos did turn out very nice.
Anyways, one reason I chose Matt at Windy City is that he is full service. He takes the photos, does all the editing, changes lighting and other factors and can virtually stage.
I have an unfinished attic and wanted to show what it could be as a finished space. I had a really hard time finding someone to virtually stage a completely unfinished space. I remembered that
