Landmark Schaumburg Towers
Over our 30-year history, American Landmark Properties has delivered an average IRR of 26.4%*. We do this by seeking and acquiring value-add and opportunistic mid-cap office, industrial and multifamily properties, and enhancing them. Our long-term value proposition relies on our strong local market knowledge and proven ability to identify and acquire under-valued assets.

We acquire, finance, operate and market all of our properties. Commercial real estate investing is not for everyone. American Landmark Properties seeks those select accredited investors and advisors who seek quality real estate investments with an established company - and who have the patience to invest wisely and enjoy passive, income-producing returns over time - plus additional returns upon the property's sale.

It is just two tall buildings. It reminds me of the Two Towers by JRR Tolkien. Now some speculate that the 2 T are Bar-Dur and Orthanic, others think it is Minis Tirith and Bar-Dur. Now if we look at if from the stand point of evil vs good its the second theory, but if we look at the book as the good guys being attacked from both Bar-Dur, taking of Osgiliath and the attack from Orthanic on Helms Deep it is clearly the two towers of evil. The parking garage is spacious.
