We Believe renovation and remodeling projects should be smooth, stress-free and rewarding. We will give you a call to discuss details such as your needs and the scope of your project. The more details (such as but not limited to measurements, photos, and desired outcomes) you can provide, the more precise your estimate will be. This estimate is a rough calculation or approximate cost based on the information you provide.
Payments are made through progress payments. This means a 1/3 payment deposit at the time the contract is signed. Another 1/3 payment Half-way through, and the remaining 1/3 at completion. In short, once the work is completed to a pre-determined point, a pre-determined payment is made, with final payment due upon completion.

Ebony was a wonderful host. The place was clean with fresh towels and snacks when I checked in. Whenever I did have any issues [Rooms at Emerald Home] were quick to respond and took care of it within the next day or two. The house has 5 bedrooms. 4 of the rooms have parking spaces. Two are the two spots in front of the house and 2 as visitor passes.
