I’ve been with this State Farm because I believe in good service and people who cares, that’s what I get at State Farm. Marizta Mendez has been my agent for a good 7 years plus and she goes above and beyond to help me every time I call. Weather is adding a new policy or just needing a copy of my insurance card, she answers my calls every time willing to help. Thank you for being actually caring about others.

Mrs. Maritza Mendez has helped me with some questions i have had for her regard my policy. I love the fact that she is bilingual and she is very clear on her response. I have dealt with other insurance company, and they never took their time to explain themselves to me. This is a good place for car insurance. They offered me water while I was waiting, and kept me informed on how long it would be. I have been getting good service and low rates from this place for a long time. They are really helpful over the phone as far as getting you the most discounts and explaining things. I don't have plans to go anywhere else for now.

I love this office with all of my heart! I joined this wonderful family of 11/11/2013. The entire team is amazing, even past team members have provided great experiences. We got a few cars in the household so we get extra savings for that. I’ve seen a few bad reviews here don’t know why. At least my experience has been good, I only had a bad experience on my coverage but was a misunderstanding and was resolved quickly.
I always talk to Camila Ruiz she’s really professional, courteous and friendly.
I have dealt with other insurance companies in the past and so far State Farm has worked for me at a better price.

The worst service you can have. Just got my insurance for the first time with State Farm and already had to call 5 times within month just to get the right policy for my situation and been scammed by EVERY AGENT at the Dr Phillips location or they simply just don’t know what they are doing. Carmen is super rude, telling you to cancel policy since I wasn’t happy, Maritza doesn’t know anything about her job, Melissa was the only person i could talk to and fix all the issues everyone else in the office created.
