All the staff was extremely helpful!!! The hygienist, the assistant, reception!!! Dr. H was awesome! As someone who has a phobia of Dentists, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable enough to get my cleaning done! Then the Office manager Tai, and the hygienist made sure I was comfortable throughout!! I will definitely be going back!!!

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a dental office. I went in for a cleaning with Regina who was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated her expertise. I would highly recommend her. The entire staff was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be coming back for my routine cleanings.

If I could give them negative stars I would. My crown that I’ve had for less than a year popped off and they wanted over $100 just to glue it back on. Not to mention the fact that every time I come in they claim I need another crown. This is not the place to go for quality dental care. They also offer people discounts to “buy” 5 star reviews. Shady and greedy.

This Dentist office is HORRIBLE!!! I was getting a implant in my mouth and was told the cost and my insurance will not pay for any cosmetic surgery. After paying so much money, I received a implant and by the 3rd week it fell out ( As I was speaking to clients, so embarrassed).
They replaced it and 2 weeks later it became was very loose...UGH!!!
When I went back the 3rd time, spoke to the new dentist he said he would replace free of charge.
They also made me aware that my dentist no longer works there. They also stated that I owed $1300 more dollars than what the original dentist has told

As someone who does not like going to dentist, I had a very enjoyable experience with Edgmere Dental. The staff is very friendly and nice. Dentist is great and gentle. Everyone is very knowledgeable. They took care of what I needed. Regina did a great job with my cleaning. I will definitely be back more often.

The worst dental place hands down. They can't even do a extraction correctly without leaving a piece behind. They claim a simple cleaning is a deep cleaning just to charge you out of pocket and they want to only clean half the mouth to charge your insurance double. Front girl receptionist is unprofessional and rude too. They are money hungry and have surprise bills.

I have been a customer of this establishment since I moved to El Paso 5 years ago. Recently, the staff has become extremely unprofessional. Treating clients with a condescending and patronizing tone has become the norm. They are extremely disrespectful with no regards for people's time. I had an appointment on a Saturday, I never called to cancel or reschedule, but I was outside waiting for my appointment and they weren't even open. These people can't get their billing straight. They quoted me for deep cleaning with an out of pocket cost of $123 and I said ok. The procedure was done with satisfactory results. A week before my 6 month follow-up appointment I received a bill for a balance of $89. I double checked with them before the procedure that it was covered by the insurance. I called the insurance and they said the reason the claim was denied is because the dentist billed for regular cleaning and deep cleaning on the same visit. They also sell you on extra services that the insurance won't cover. Like

I had the pleasure of going to Edgemere dental after having another dentist quote me at almost 3,000 dollars after my insurance. I called edgemere dental and explained to them my situation and they gladly had me come in free of charge to get a second opinion and everyone in the staff is super friendly.
I was greeted by the front desk and they were all very attentive and gave me the best customer service indeed. After getting a second opinion at Edgemere dental, they quoted me at about 600 dollars which was amazing! They saved me a ton of money and also they are not pushy about applying for care
